Giving thanks in the midst of sleepless nights
prayer filled thoughts all night
burdened hearts for people
intervention on behalf of an addict
reaching out for help
holding her accountable
sharing real life hurts with her
being transparent
praying for the Lord to place a hedge of protection around her
our brokenness
reminders of our need for a Savior
Joy in the midst of suffering
my heart being so broken for her
bearing one anothers burdens
His yolk being easy our burden being light
we are victors in Christ
We have won the battle
Please, if you are a prayer warrior out there has has come across this post, be praying for a young friend of mine. She is in the thick of spiritual warfare, given her heart to the Lord a year ago, now being attacked fiercely by the principalities of darkness to revisit her addiction.

Father,
May you shelter this young one in the shadow of your wings. I pray that she will cling to you with all her might. Thank you that you are a refuge for her, may she run to you and be saved from this battle. And may she know more than anything that you love her no matter what.
